The prepaid card is lost/stolen - what do I do?

You can report the card as lost or stolen from the Buttle UK Application Portal and ask to have a replacement card delivered:

Click on the relevant grant record and press the ‘REPORT CARD LOST/STOLEN’ button at the top of the pop-up window.

Please do this as soon as possible. Once the card has been reported as lost/stolen the grant balance will be removed from the card. The remaining grant balance will be reloaded onto the replacement card after you have activated it.

Or, you can report it stolen to QPay, the card provider, on their 24 hour Lost and Stolen helpline: 0203 409 2523. Please have the client's information and name to hand if calling.
