How do I suspend use of the prepaid card?

If the card is being used outside of the terms of the grant you can temporarily suspend use of the card.Access the Buttle UK Application Portal.Click on the relevant grant record and press the ‘SUSPEND’ button at the top of the pop-up window.If the card has had to be suspended then please also contact your Grants Development Officer so that they are aware.As stated in our funding terms and conditions, Buttle UK is also entitled to suspend the prepaid card.
