The verification email sent by the Buttle UK Applications portal contains a web link. As a result, some email servers may incorrectly prevent your verification email being delivered.
A verification email is sent when you first register. If not actioned, then the system will continue to automatically send the verification email on a daily basis at 10AM until your account is verified.
Before contacting support, we recommend arranging to have emails from Buttle UK whitelisted.
Please forward the following information to your IT department requesting they whitelist emails with the following signature...
IP address of our service is 126.96.36.199
Reverse DNS o1.app.buttleuk.org
Once you have completed this step, and if you have still not received your verification email at 10am the next working day, please then email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note if you do not ask your IT department to whitelist Buttle emails you may continue to not receive relevant correspondence to any grant applications sent by your assigned caseworker once verified.
