If you are having a visual issue with the application form, this may be because you are using Internet Explorer 11 or older. 

Older web browsers do not support newer web pages and their features correctly. You can remedy this in either of the following ways.

Install and use a more up to date web browser.  Accepted browsers are:

  • Google Chrome

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Mozilla Firefox

If you are unable to install a new web browser, you can adjust your view of the form by zooming out your view in Internet Explorer. To do this: 

 

Open the settings menu on your browser (normally in the top right corner and identified as a small cog image)

Adjust your browser zoom to around 130% to be able to view the page.
