2FA Reset Mobile Phone

What to do if you have lost or replaced your mobile phone.

If you have lost or replaced your mobile phone you will need to re enrol in 2 Factor Authentication to be able to continue to use the site.

To maintain security this needs to be completed by contacting the Buttle help desk by emailing support@buttleuk.org

You will be required to provide additional proof such as an email from your line manager to allow your 2FA credentials to be removed. This may take 24 hours or more.
